We offer a wide range of home cleaning services including regular cleaning, deep cleaning, move-in/out cleaning, and airbnb turnovers.

That’s entirely up to you! If you’ve got other things to do, just let us know how we can get access to your home. Some customers provide a garage or door code, others leave a hidden key outside. Let us know when you book online or when you call-in your request. Whatever works for you will work for us! Just let us know what method you’re most comfortable with.

Yes, we do! When you set up your booking, please let us know the name and species of your pet and anything we need to know to make sure our housekeepers know what to do while she or he is in your home.

Unfortunately, the cleaners do not bring a ladder and they may not go up on a ladder even if you provide one due to liability. They can usually go on a small step stool (2-3 steps only) to clean slightly higher but you must provide the step stool. Please mention if you need these services and will be providing a step stool. If the area you need cleaned is not reachable by hand from a small step stool then they may not clean it.

As much as we wish we could guarantee this, it doesn’t always work out that way. Our schedulers do what they can to ensure you have cleaners that you feel comfortable with or will be the best match for your home. Ideally, we like to have 2-3 cleaners familiar with your home should a particular crew member not be available for your scheduled cleaning for any reason.
